Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Engineer through to Lead Water Treatment Engineer

Profile: Our client is a well-established and reputable water hygiene / treatment consultancy who provide the full range of water treatment services to a range of commercial, industrial, and healthcare clients across the UK. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and experienced Water Treatment Engineer based in and around the Bath area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience undertaking cleans on cooling towers, temperature checks and undertaking analysis of cooling towers, steam boilers and dosing of water systems.
Applications will be considered from: Bristol, Taunton, Bridgewater, Taunton, Warminster, Gloucester, Salisbury, Swindon, Chippenham, and Cheltenham, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Aldershot, Westbury, Trowbridge.
Experience & Qualifications:
' Will have extensive experience within the water treatment industry, ideally working within an engineering role.
' Will be well versed within relevant Health and Safety and ACOP L8 legislation.
' Will come from a good chemical and technical background and ideally will hold a City and Guilds qualification.
' Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
' Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
' Carrying out analysis of cooling towers and steam boilers and dosing of water systems.
' Preforming routine sampling, temperature checks and monitoring air and water systems.
' Undertaking refurbishments, cleaning and disinfections on cooling towers, water systems and tank cleans.
' Ensuring that all works are being carried out in line with relevant health and safety legislation.
' Carrying out dosing of closed systems.
' Undertaking maintenance of TMVs and showerhead.
' Collecting information from site to provide clients with detailed reports.
' Building and maintaining goof working relationships with clients.
' Carrying out remedial works in relation to water hygiene / treatment
