Graduate Civil Engineer

Innotech Partners are proud to be working with a growing and diverse Engineering Company in Norfolk.

The company are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our flood risk and drainage team as a graduate Civil Engineer or someone in the early years of their career.

The Role

The company value trust and understand the significance of flexibility for our employees. While initially this role requires full-time in-office presence, they are open to discussing options for working remotely, such as attending the office once or twice a week, after the successful candidate completes their probationary period.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their experience in areas like S278, S38, flood risk, and drainage. Moreover, it provides a chance to become familiar with and receive training in industry software such as Civils 3D, microdrainage, and infradrainage.

The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team of four within a company of approximately 40 employees.

Essential Experience:

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Willingness to work from our Norfolk-based office five days a week initially
• A positive attitude
• Interest in flood risk and drainage

Desireable Experience

• While not mandatory, any relevant experience possessed by an applicant will be considered when determining their salary.
