Access Talent Group are currently recruiting for a fantastic medium sized consultancy in Birmingham. Our client is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead a team of Engineers and graduates within the Civil Infrastructure division.

This Consultancy are looking for a Senior Civil engineer to work in their development infrastructure team. This client have a fantastic progression route and give fantastic development for engineers to better their career. They can offer the development for a strong senior in developing their skills leading a team and will gain exposure to many areas of projects you wouldn't get at a large consultancy.

They work on a mixture of residential commercial and industrial projects with a variety of clients. They can offer key areas of development and have objectives to work on aspects you feel are weaker. They are growing out their Infrastructure teams across the business and have an excellent staff retention percentage. This is a type of consultancy that has a great internal progression scheme and with great performance comes great results.

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Civil Engineer with some experience mentoring junior staff
• An understanding of DMBRAn understanding of section 278, 38, 104, 106 and 184
• Experience and ability to use AutoCAD, Civil 3D or PDS, Microdrainage or Causeway flow
• Desired ICM Info works
• Educated to BSc Degree or higher
• Driven to be working towards CEng (MICE, or CIWEM) status.
