Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects across the UK and internationally, from feasibility studies to detailed design and construction support.
Drive work-winning efforts through bid management, producing high-quality proposals and engaging with clients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee project budgets and schedules, adhering to business management governance.
Undertake technical design and review, ensuring compliance with design standards and codes.
Champion digital engineering initiatives and innovative advances in the water sector.
Mentor and provide line management to team members.
Foster client and contractor relationships to deliver effective engineering solutions.
Requirements:

Degree in civil engineering with professional chartered membership.
Extensive experience in water and/or wastewater engineering, both in the UK or internationally.
Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards in the water sector.
Motivated, organized, and committed to technical excellence.
Experience working with contractors in the Design & Build environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of innovation in the water sector.
Flexible and willing to work on various projects and locations, including international assignments.
