We are looking for an experienced Battery Test Engineer / Structural Durability Test Engineer, to support a new department within a Structural Battery Test Laboratory. This role is joining a new department and you will be involved in the initial set-up, installation, and commissioning of the test facility before moving onto customer testing.

As a result, this Battery Test Engineer / Structural Durability Test Engineer role will be working a day-shift initially before moving onto a double day shift pattern.

Battery Test Engineer / Structural Durability Test Engineer Skills Required:

• Structural Durability Testing experience, Battery Test Experience, or Hydraulic/MAST/Vibration testing experience,
• Ideally experienced with vibration testing and hydraulic test rigs,
• Experience of testing planning, and test execution,
• An understanding of battery test requirements,
• Experience of Data Analysis,
• Experience of installation and commissioning of new facilities,
• Experience of instrumentation would be beneficial.
