Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and analysing various building structures, ensuring they are structurally sound, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. You'll collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding projects. Your expertise in structural design principles, codes, and regulations will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop innovative and efficient structural designs for a wide range of building projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive structural analysis and calculations using industry-leading software.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of structural designs into architectural plans.
  • Review and evaluate designs to meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations to implement best practices.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Proven experience in building structures design and analysis.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure is highly desirable.
