We undertake both new-build and refurbishment projects of varying size and complexity, resulting in innovative, sustainable and commercially viable delivery.

We provide expertise across a full range of design and construction management, including Engineering, Architecture and building maintenance and currently have an opportunity for an Associate Structural Engineer to join our Exeter based team.

It will be your role to drive and deliver works across the discipline, holding responsibility for the technical and commercial management of major projects, as well as providing inspirational leadership for the team.

You will be expected to assist the relevant department Director managing engineering resources and client needs, ensuring all projects are delivered to meet expectations.

Our Successful Candidate:

To ensure the continued delivery of our exceptional services, you will be expected to be able to demonstrate a blend of commercial experience, professional training and industry knowledge highlighted by the following;
  • Chartered or working towards Membership of the Institute of Structural Engineers (or equivalent)
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Significant commercial ability as an experienced Engineer in a commercial environment
  • Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to a professional Structural Engineering team

We will provide you access to a number of specialist design tools (including CAD, Revit, Robot & Tekla) to ensure projects are delivered to specification, with your existing knowledge of these or equivalent being essential.
