Principal Civil Design Engineer

We're recruiting for a Principal Civil Design Engineer to work for a company undergoing rapid expansion, to lead the charge on an exciting pipeline of civils projects in their Cardiff office. The workload is exciting, varied, and includes; residential, commercial, retail, heritage, public sector, industrial, transport/infrastructure and more! They provide a suite of civils services including highway and drainage design, flood risk assessment, transportation advice and sustainable development advice, which you will play a leading role in the development of.

This is an unparalleled opportunity to work with a company that is small (25 employees) but is a well-respected industry player at their head office in Cardiff. You will have the opportunity to technically lead on Civils projects nationwide!

We'd like to hear from you if you have:

• 8+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar role.
  
• Proven UK experience in the design of drainage, highways and civil infrastructure.
  
• Knowledge of S278, S38 and S104 agreements.
  
• Working knowledge of MicroDrainage, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
