Structural Engineer

2-5 year Experience

Assist staff design engineer with structural design of construction projects i.e., custom residential homes including new construction and additions/remodels, light industrial/commercial buildings, tenant improvements, retaining walls and various landscape structures. Complete structural calculations, markup structural plans/details and specifications/notes for construction projects that range from moderate to complex with minimal direction/guidance by staff engineers. This includes coordination with Clients, Architects/Designers, Contractors & other staff to meet project schedules. Other duties shall include site/field observations, printing/plotting and assisting staff engineers as needed.

5+ Experience

Complete structural calculations, markup structural plans/details and specifications/notes for construction projects that range from moderate to complex with minimal supervision by staff engineers. This includes coordination from commencement to completion with Clients, Architects/Designers, Contractors & other staff to meet project schedules. Other duties shall include site/field observations, printing/plotting and mentoring/assisting staff engineers as needed.
