Trinity Group needs a licensed civil/structural engineer who can execute traditional civil engineering assignments (must be fluent in Stormwater design). Completion of a Master of Business or equivalent is preferred. The purpose of the hire is to replace the current president. This is a position for a land development engineer. If you do not desire to own and operate your own business do not apply here.

Compensation is $70,000/year rate, plus a percentage of the net income. The hire will be expected to move to the area and work with the existing president. The process of ownership transfer of the practice to a successful candidate is expected to begin after 2 years. Transaction will be financed by the company.
