They operate flexibly on a 3-2 hybrid basis, working 9-5 and prioritise work life balance. The team is also very sociable offering regular events, BBQ's, quizzes and more.

To help tackle their exciting pipeline of projects, they are looking for a Civil Design Engineer. You will be responsible for providing guidance, mentorship and upskilling, client liaison and of course, producing and approving outstanding quality highways and drainage designs for building related infrastructure.

To succeed in this role you should be:

• A Civil Engineering Degree holder
• Sociable with good communication skills
• Experienced in the design of highways and drainage/building related infrastructure
• Good in the use of Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage for above.

Desirable:

• Experience in projects abroad, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia.
