Adhering to rigorous company and local quality procedures, your work will ensure that all testing meets the exacting standards required for missile development and qualification.

- HNC/HND/Degree qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, underpinned by a robust grasp of mechanical structures and analysis.
- Proficiency in IT tools including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with measurement equipment and devices such as accelerometers, thermocouples, and strain gauges.
- Resilient and self-motivated individuals with adept interpersonal skills.
- Methodical and logical approach, coupled with unwavering commitment to safety across all activities.
Desirable:
- Proven experience leading or participating in project deliveries within a collaborative team setting.
- Previous hands-on familiarity with Siemens Testlab vibration control equipment or comparable automated mechanical test systems.
- History of identifying and implementing technical enhancements to elevate overall capability.
