Senior Civil Engineer

Bennett and Game are currently looking for an experainced Senior Civil Engineer for our client in Liverpool, our client is a building consultancy delivering innovative, award-winning construction consultancy solutions. The Senior Civil Engineer will have the opportunity to work for an employer that operate in the following sectors Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Waste and Recycling.

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for the technical delivery of projects, client liaison, financial and quality management as well as supporting an monitoring junior staff. An experienced engineer with 5+ years post grad experience gained within a engineering consultancy environment in the field of highways, drainage and general infrastructure, ideally Chartered or near Chartered preferred.

Senior Civil Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary £50k - £60k
• 2-3% Bonus twice a year
• 5% bonus at Christmas
• 5% Pension
• Company Car

Senior Civil Engineer Position Overview

• Prepare and review analysis & design calculations
• Preparation of technical and pre-planning reports
• Liaise with clients, project team members & local authorities
• Site appraisals, feasibility studies and pre-application planning advice
• Production of pre-planning reports, including Flood Risk Assessments, Foul Drainage & Utility Assessments and Phase 1 Geo-Environmental Appraisals
• Attend site and design team meetings

Senior Civil Engineer Position Requirements

• BEng degree in a Civil Engineering discipline
• 5+ years' experience within a UK consultancy
• Experience in AutoCAD & Micro Drainage
• Commercial awareness
• UK Driving Licence
