I am looking for an engineering (Civil) or technical background to look after a renewable energy groundworks/civils package in Barrow. This is a relatively small scheme of around 500K but will lead onto another similar but larger scheme (£5 m) in Lancaster to run concurrently.
My client is an up and coming business with regional offices across the North West and Midlands. They have been up and running for 8 years now and are growing at an impressive rate.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a subcontracting background in groundworks/earthworks/civil engineering and will be experienced in elements of drainage, roads and sewers, retaining walls and so on.
As mentioned previously you will ideally have a Civil Engineering background and be able to run the site whilst managing any technical challenges that materialise along with pushing productivity and health and safety.
This opportunity can be on a perm or contract basis depending on preference and my client is looking to start someone as soon as possible.
The rate on offer is competitive and reflects the importance of this key role in the business.
If this is of interest, please apply without delay for further information on this and other opportunities that may suit your skills, experience and aspirations.
