If so, our client who is a successful engineering consultancy based near Redhill are looking for a talented Structural Engineer to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This is a well-established business that offers an efficient and cost-effective service to their clients. They have over 14 years of experience in designing, inspecting, surveying and subsequently reporting on the built environment. Projects typically span between many sectors, car parks, commercial, retail, residential and industrial. They strive to bring engineering excellence and innovation to all of the projects they work on.

So what will you be doing?

You will:

• Provide a technical lead on projects large and small. * Liaise with and lead other members of the design team to achieve a coordinated design solution that meets the Clients objectives. * Structural engineering assessment and inspection of new and existing properties in steel concrete, masonry, and timber. * Ensure that the quality and consistency of technical output is maintained. * Prepare high quality technical reports including structural surveys.

What are they looking for?

Specification:

• Ideally you will have chartership. * Experience in regulated industries. * Strong communication skills are a must. * Experience in the use of Eurocodes. * Excellent report writing, communication and numerical skills required. * Experience of structural analysis design and software. * A full clean driving license.
