The Role:

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and management of various projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the civil engineering design process for residential and commercial projects.
• Utilizing Civils 3D, Windes, and InfoDrainage software to create detailed designs and models.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conducting feasibility studies, site inspections, and risk assessments.
• Overseeing the production of technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and contributing to their professional development.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

What you need to succeed:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proven experience in using Civils 3D, Windes, and InfoDrainage software.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction principles.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead engineering role.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
