Location: Stithians, Cornwall
Salary: £13 - £17 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (5 shifts)
The Client:
Our client is a renowned independent engineering company, focusing on providing equipment for demanding subsea and harsh environments.
With expertise spanning decades, they design, manufacture, and provide comprehensive support for their equipment.
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Fitter & Assembly Engineer to join their dynamic team at the forefront of engineering solutions.
You will be self-motivated and capable of managing your time and resources effectively.
This role requires occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
? Oversee new builds, maintenance, and servicing
? Manage mechanical fitting, assembly, and testing
? Commission hydraulic systems
? Provide on-site troubleshooting and repairs
? Perform pre-delivery and post-receipt inspections
Requirements:
? At least 3 years experience as a Mechanical Fitter, Assembly Engineer or in a similar role.
? Relevant qualifications in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical fitting and assembly.
? Have Offshore engineering experience (Prefered)
? Able to interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics
? A full driving licence and valid passport
