The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior mechanical engineer to help lead/manage a diverse range of projects within our major client portfolios. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technical excellence and providing an outstanding service to our clients.  

You will be an active member of our mechanical team in the West. You will technically lead and/or manage projects to suit your individual skill set and preferred development needs, allowing you the opportunity to learn and grow your career.

As a senior member of an established and growing team, you will mentor and delegate work amongst engineers and other specialists, supporting them with your experience.

You will be as inspired as we are by the problems we are solving and excited to help clients and lead teams delivering the solutions. Engineering experience in the water sector or risk management authority sector is essential.

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for skills and experience in the following;
  • A relevant degree and ideally Chartered Engineer status or working towards this.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality mechanical engineering solutions in the water sector. 
  • A creative approach to problem solving with a focus on continual improvement and delivering sustainable and value led project outcomes. 
  • A desire and ability to share knowledge and proactively mentor and manage teams and individuals. 
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a great attention to detail.  

Ideally we are looking for applicants who can work from our Cardiff, Bristol or Winchester offices under our flexible working hybrid policy.
