Structural Engineer

My client is a well-respected Structural Engineering consultancy with over 30 years of experience, they are looking to appoint a talented Structural Engineer to join their successful and friendly team in London. Requirements

A 2.1 BEng or BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years' experience within a design office environment working for an engineering consultancy
Understanding of UK Building regulations, ideally having worked on UK projects before
Good knowledge of the common building materials (steel, masonry, timber and concrete)
Experience in producing detailed drawings and designs
A proactive positive attitude with a desire to improve professionally including working towards ChartershipThe Role

Within this role you will gain experience working on a variety of projects including complex temporary works, refurbishment and residential. You will carry out site inspections and surveys and well as undertaking report writing, designs and sketches.
