We are looking for a Principal Engineer to lead our Civils team in Nottingham. This is for a well known locally for their work in the education sector, designing new teaching blocks and university buildings at an existing site to new build schools, our projects can range in value from 2-50+ million.

Day to day you will lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians of varying experience, including planning and managing resources, finances and quality control requirements.

You will be coaching individuals one-to-one to help them achieve their development goals while supporting a team to work effectively and focus on their development
