Water Engineer

WATER ENGINEER
To commission service, repair or replace company products and check installations
* Physical water conditioners
* Ultra violet disinfection systems
* Chlorine dioxide dosing systems
* Water softeners
* Reverse Osmosis system
* Filtration equipment
* Chemical dosing systems
To provide technical assistance on company products to clients and staff.
To help maintain customer service/maintenance files, spreadsheets and databases.
To help maintain an effective stock control and re-ordering system for spare parts and inform Services Contracts Manager when stocks are low.
To identify faulty equipment for returning to Supplier and maintaining records of same.
To identify repair/service opportunities and advise Services Contracts Manager.
To represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
To take ownership of jobs on site visits and report to Services Contracts Manager on completion.
To complete accurate reports for site visits via mobile app software.
To be responsible for personal health and safety at all times. Keep up to date with technical advances within the water treatment industry.
Other ad-hoc related duties as required.
The successful applicant will be expected to be used to covering an extensive area with national travelling estimated around 30,000 per year depending on home location, with the occasional nights away. You should have a full manual driving licence and passport. You will be expected to maintain your non-smoking company car or van in good order.
A lot of time will be spent in London training on site.
You must have full rights to live and work in the UK. Commissioning visits may also be required in Europe the Middle East from time to time, so you should not have any travel restrictions in your passport.

* Tank cleaning and chlorination engineer
* Water treatment specialist
* Reverse Osmosis specialist
* Specialist electro/mechanical engineers such as petrol pumps / cash machines etc
* Commercial pipe fitters
* Softener service engineers
Salary Range is £25K - £33K depending on experience, the package also includes:
Commission structure:
£1,500 Y/E on target bonus pro-rata
6-month probation period, which can be extended
Work place pension scheme after 3 months
28 days holiday (made up of 20 days + 8 bank holiday days)
Company car / van
