Principal Structural Engineer

My client are a privatey owned Civil and Strucutral Engineering firm based in Hull. Due to them securing a number of large scale projects, they are looking for a Senior level Structural Engineer to join their business to work with and help develop their existing team.

This is an exceptionally rare opportunity for a Senior or Principal Engineer who is keen to make the transition into a management role with the future firmly in mind. The company is long established and has aggressive growth plans for the next 5 years. Typical workload consists of new build design, and high end technical structural engineering reports for a variety of clients.

The successful applicant should be a technical engineer who has the ability to manage teams to deliver a high quality product. Being Chartered is essential as is the ambition to help drive the business forward. There are also exceptional career opportunities which can be discussed on application.

This role has considerable potential for future promotion within the company. Salary will be a competitive package, commensurate with experience. Benefits include company pension, private healthcare and generous business mileage rate also provided.
