The City of Benicia is looking to hire a Associate Civil Engineer and a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Public Works Department. Our ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills as well as experience in project management, land development, and design. They will be up to the challenge of working in a fast paced environment as part of a very motivated team. These positions offers exciting new civil engineering opportunities including: bridges, roadways, utilities, pedestrian/bike routes, safe routes to school, a deep water port, a marina, site development, traffic engineering, environmental engineering, and clean water compliance all in a beautiful coastal setting along the Carquinez Strait.
