The Role
My client, a pioneering start-up within the renewable energy sector is seeking a talented and bright Engineer to join their team, acting as the Control Systems Engineer for the business. As the successful Control Engineer, you will use skills and knowledge from a relevant degree such as electrical or mechanical engineering, as well as programming skills and experience working on the both hardware and software control systems.
The Control Systems Engineer will work on the design, implementation, test and maintenance of process control systems, ensuring they continue to run effectively and efficiently.

What's Required
A degree within a relevant area such as electrical or mechanical engineering as well as experience of automation and the use of a programming language such as C++, Python, MATLAB or similar
Prior experience designing and building for hardware and software control systems with knowledge of digital control loops
Experience within an R&D environment along with experience dealing with 3rd party suppliers & manufacturers
Any knowledge or experience of Gas Flow Systems or Chemical Engineering Control Systems would be highly advantageous
