Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure

Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure - required for my client in there Basingstoke office. The consultancy is working on a number of projects within, Transport Planning, Infrastructure Planning, Flood Risk & River Modelling, Civil Engineering Design, Highway Design and Expert Witness. Due to continued growth they have positions for an Senior / Principal Civil Engineer.

The Associate Civil Engineer- Infrastructure will be working under the leadership of the Directors and the role will include client liaison, design, interface with project teams, and contract implementation. Experience of Drainage agreements (Section 104, 106 and 185) and Highways agreements (Section 38 & 278) essential.

Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Position Overview

• Assist with planning and implementing systems and network integrations
• Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms
• Preparation of surface water drainage strategies and flood risk assessments
• Highways (Section 38 & 278)
• Swept Path Analysis
• Drainage (Section 104, 106 and 185)
• Drainage analysis and design
• Liaising with authorities to secure approval for the designs

Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Position Requirements

• AutoCAD Civils 3D skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer previously
• Chartered with the ICE or close to chartership
• Consultancy experience
• Background include the planning and detailed design of drainage, highways, flood risk mitigation schemes, Section 278/38 schemes and bulk earthworks cut/fill analysis for mixed use or residential type developments
• Live close to Basingstoke
