Join a leading consultancy amongst the leaders in the field of structural engineering. With a rich history of successful projects and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of engineering, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

Lead and manage the technical aspects of structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
Provide expertise in structural analysis, design, and detailing for a variety of structures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.2. Team Management:

Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and designers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Contribute to the professional development of team members through training and guidance.3. Project Management:

Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.4. Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
Understand and address client needs, ensuring client satisfaction.
Act as a key point of contact for client queries and concerns.5. Business Development:

Contribute to the development of proposals and bids for new projects.
Identify opportunities for business growth and client expansion.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to provide strategic input.6. Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct thorough reviews of design documents and calculations.
Ensure that engineering solutions meet the highest standards of safety and performance.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred) or other relevant degree.
Chartered Engineer status with a recognized professional institution would be preferred.
Extensive experience in structural engineering, with a focus on the design of diverse structures.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
