Job Title: ICA Commissioning Engineer - Water Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Commissioning Planning:
Collaborate with project managers and design engineers to develop and implement commissioning plans for water treatment projects.
ICA Equipment Testing and Calibration:
Lead testing and calibration of Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (ICA) equipment in water treatment processes, addressing functionality issues efficiently.
Process Optimization:
Drive the optimization of ICA systems within water treatment processes for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
Implement identified process improvements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Ensure meticulous maintenance of commissioning records for ICA systems, including test results and modifications.
Prepare comprehensive commissioning reports for clients and internal teams.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in commissioning ICA systems within water treatment processes.
Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, ICA equipment, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Commitment to adherence to safety protocols
