  • Proven success as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor or in senior leadership within the construction industry, emphasizing specialized packages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks, Concrete Works, RC Structures, Basements, and more.
  • Exceptional financial acumen tailored to specialized domains.
  • Effective negotiation skills for securing favorable outcomes in specialized packages.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and guiding capabilities in specialized areas.
  • Strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities within expertise.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to European countries, overseeing projects in alignment with specialized domains.
