Role - Associate Structural Engineer We are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to support leadership of their talented Cardiff team. You will collaborate with stakeholders and consult on major building projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer
Proven record delivering design solutions
Expertise in materials like steel, concrete, masonry
Current in design codes and building standards
Software knowledge including 2D/3D modeling
Understands construction implementation
Commercially focused
Innovative thinker and problem solver
Strong written, verbal, and visual communicator
Passionate about sustainability
Team-oriented performer able to mentor junior staff
Bid and proposal experience
Responsibilities:

Mentor and develop structural engineering team
Lead technically excellent project design delivery
Conduct peer reviews of drawings and analysis
Project manage consultancy services
Enhance capabilities of individual engineers
Liaise across disciplines
Contribute to business development efforts
Build client relationships
