I am actively seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join a successful multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy in Hertfordshire. With sustainability and innovation as the focus of their engineering designs, they have earnt themselves a great reputation becoming experts in many services including superstructure design, refurbishment and Building Information Modelling. You will become an integral member of the structural team, and they offer a supportive environment for you to develop professionally.


Hold a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
Working knowledge of design with all common building materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)
Comprehensive understanding of foundation design and soil mechanics
Ability to work with limited supervision
Some relevant UK experience in structural design
Strong communication skills and work effectively in a teamThe Role

Within this role you will collaborating in a team of engineers and technicians carrying out structural designs with advanced software, ensuring project elements are up to quality and statutory requirements. You will be representing the company in meetings, liaising with clients, local authorities and other professionals.
