Senior / Principal Civil Engineer

Location: Leeds city centre

Salary: Up to 50k + package benefits

Emtech are working with a medium size Engineering Consultancy who are looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The company are growing and this will be a role leading the civil engineering department in the Leeds office working alongside two other office locations. You have real scope to progress here, with the right attitude this person could reach Associate and Director level in the future.

They are currently working on a range of schemes across residential, retail, warehouses and commercial projects and well as some public sector schemes so ideally you will have a broad range of experience in road and infrastructure design projects.

Technical Experience Required:

5+ years experience in road design to local authority or DMRB standards (S278 / S38 / S104 / S106 and private works)
Junction design (roundabouts, traffic signals, priority and/or grade separated junctions etc)
Design of external works to development projects,
Managed and trained a project team and successfully delivered a range of projects
Experienced in liaising with clients and attending design team meetingsThis is an exciting opportunity for someone to take on a client facing role and get stuck into some good projects and be part of the continued growth of the business.
