My client, an international multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Hydrology, Drainage, Infrastructure and Environmental Management, is searching for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their Reading to focus on major infrastructure and water network projects.

It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering, Hydrology or Environmental Management and experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing clean water or sewerage pipeline design using AutoCAD and Civils 3D.

It is beneficial for applicants to have experience designing Culverts.

This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a team of experienced Engineers to complete varied large scale Infrastructure and Pipeline Projects for major Utility Companies and Local Authorities.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be supported to complete the following;

-Surface Water and Foul Drainage Strategies.

-Detailed Pipeline, Water Network, Sewerage and Culvert design using AutoCAD.

-Drainage Area Planning.

-Optioneering of the waste water network.

-Project Management and Client liaison to ensure projects are completed to time and budget.

-Train and mentor team members.
