Job Title: Senior Engineer

Position Overview:

As a Senior Engineer specializing in geotechnical solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing projects related to leak sealing, ground stabilization, cementitious grouting, structural repairs, and deep ground stabilization. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage geotechnical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge and expertise in leak sealing, ground stabilization, cementitious grouting, structural repairs, and deep ground stabilization to provide effective and innovative solutions.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure overall satisfaction.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the integrity and reliability of geotechnical solutions.

Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continually enhance and innovate geotechnical engineering solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with a focus on leak sealing, ground stabilization, cementitious grouting, structural repairs, and deep ground stabilization.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex geotechnical projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
