Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, site investigations, and construction phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions and overcome technical challenges.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve project objectives within specified timelines and cost constraints.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance assessments to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and maintain ongoing communication.
Requirements:
Chartered Engineer status with a recognized professional institution (e.g., CEng, Ieng, MIStruct, MICE, AMICE)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in civil engineering design, project management, and construction supervision.
- Strong proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, RAM, Tekla, Tedds).
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, environmental considerations, and sustainability principles in civil engineering practice.
