The Assistant Engineering Director participates in or coordinates the review of site and construction plans and specifications for codes compliance, local, state, and federal standards and policies and sound engineering practices. Assists in directing, coordinating, and supervising the department. Supervises the design, and management of the city utility infrastructure, transportation systems, and other City initiated capital projects. Conducts operational planning sessions to determine whether goals and timelines are integrated with organizational priorities.
