I am working with a close client of mine who are now looking for a Principal/Associate Structural Engineer

The role can be based in either their Lincoln or Peterborough office. This role can be hybrid with 2 days a week in the office. You will play a key role in delivering innovative and sustainable designs across various sectors and project scales.

Responsibilities:

* Lead structural design projects from concept to completion

* Conduct detailed analysis and design for various structures

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs

* Mentor and oversee junior engineers and technicians

* Ensure adherence to standards and quality processes

* Identify opportunities to enhance services

* Participate in proposals, estimations and client engagements

Requirements:

* Proven consultancy experience in structural design

* Chartered status with IStructE, ICE or equivalent

* Proficient in structural analysis software

* Experience in medium/high-rise and precast concrete design

* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

* Knowledge of BIM and digital engineering
