• Budget Management:Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
• Contract Administration:Administer contracts, including variations and claims.
• Measurement and Valuation:Measure quantities, assess work completed, and value variations.
• Subcontractor Management:Manage subcontractor agreements, payments, and performance.
• Risk Assessment:Identify and mitigate project risks related to costs and contracts.
• Reporting:Provide regular reports on project financials and progress.

Requirements:

• Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in groundworks and civil engineering projects.
• Qualifications:Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Technical Skills:Proficient in cost estimation, contract administration, and measurement.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
