Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to develop safe and efficient designs.
- Utilize your expertise in civil engineering to address site-specific challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Produce detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation using industry-standard software.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5-10) in structural and civil engineering roles, with a focus on design and analysis.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it is desirable.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is advantageous.
