Job Details

Contribute to our North Tahoe community using your experience as a Sr. Civil Engineer directing, coordinating & exercising functional authority for planning, design, inspection, control, integration & completion of capital projects & operations programs for water/wastewater utility systems, recreation facility improvements & environmental or erosion control projects.

Requires: Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Civil Engineering & five years related experience including project management & supervisory role; or equivalent combination education/experience. Knowledge of and/or experience with Tahoe Basin regulatory process desired. Possess valid Driver’s License & registration as P.E. in State of Nevada or obtain within one year of hire. Excellent working knowledge MS Office, hydraulic modeling, AutoCAD, ArcView and knowledge of Nevada public bidding and purchasing requirements. Effectively communicate (in-person/written) and establish/maintain good working relationships.
