What You'll Do:

  • Take the helm of our Capital Improvement Program, overseeing development, implementation, and execution to meet the evolving needs of our community.
  • Collaborate with city officials and stakeholders to identify priority projects, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that our CIP aligns with the city's long-term goals and objectives.
  • Lead by example as you manage and oversee a wide range of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Engage with residents, businesses, and community organizations to gather input, address concerns, and build consensus around key CIP initiatives, fostering a sense of ownership and pride in our city's development.
  • Encourage innovation, consistently pursuing opportunities to improve infrastructure project efficiency, sustainability, and resilience. Collaborate with skilled professionals and city departments to coordinate activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Future general salary increases include:

4% Increase effective July 2024
