We are currently seeking talented and motivated Associate engineers to join our team in any of our five northern California Offices. The ideal candidate is described below but will meet the minimum requirements and have some or all of the desirable skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Hydraulic and Hydrologic Modeling software such as Infoworks ICM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, XPSWMM, Flo2d, Infowater, and WaterCAD
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management and client interactions
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements associated with water resources projects

Associate Engineer:

A junior engineer will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the water resources engineering field. This position requires a Professional Engineer (PE)license. The associate engineer will play a pivotal role in project success and will support many technical aspects of various projects. You’ll work closely with senior staff and may perform project management where appropriate.

Compensation: This full-time position has a non-exempt pay range of $46.00 to $65.00 per hour.*
