Do you have a background in large residential development engineering? Our client needs a Principal Structural Engineer in their Essex office who has worked extensively with national housebuilders on residential development schemes, who can manage a team and liaise at all levels.

This role offers the opportunity to drive your career forward and join this established and busy practice. My client wants you to showcase your talents and develop your team to produce structural engineering solutions on time and within budget. You will nurture long lasting relationships, communicating at all levels in an effective and clear manner.

Required:

Degree in civil or structural engineering
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within a UK firm
Team leader who can train and encourage a team around them

Bring to the role your in-depth understanding of design and construction methods, as well as your good business sense. The role will see you taking responsibility for a number of projects, leading the engineering aspect and representing our client at external meetings.
