Water Hygiene Engineer | Thornton Cleveleys | 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday | £23,400, dependant on experience
Our client is a family-owned company situated in Lancashire, specialising in Legionella Control, water hygiene and general water hygiene compliance for the last 24 years.
The company provide independent and impartial advice on all matters relating to the control, management and prevention of Legionella and its associated risks in accordance with ACoP L8 and guidance document HSG274, as well as general water hygiene advice.
Early starts will be required, and most work will be carried out around the Northwest.
Are you the right person for the job?
12 months' experience would be good but not necessary as full training will be given
Some plumbing knowledge would be helpful
Full driving license
DBS will have to be carried out as we work in schools and care homes
What will your role look like?
Carrying out temperature monitoring
Carrying out water testing for Legionella and other bacteria
Cleaning and Chlorination of town mains and water tanks
Ensuring all health and safety measures are met
Ensuring that all legislative requirements have been met
