I am actively seeking a skilled Chartered Civil Engineer to join a busy, successful Multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Chorley. As a Chartered Civil Engineer, you will assist in managing one of their busiest civil teams where you will have opportunity to produce detailed designs for various projects, such as highways and drainage designs.

It is essential for the Chartered Civil Engineer to have a professional and commercial viewpoint through having the following:

A minimum or 3 years' experience in Highways and Drainage design
To be a Chartered Engineer and Member of either ICE, CIWE or CIHT
Knowledge of technical software with AutoCAD and Causeway Flow or an equivalent design software
Following appropriate UK design standardsDuties and responsibilities for this Chartered Civil Engineer include:

Oversee Graduate Engineers and Technicians on the production of drawings.
Inspecting and planning reports, designs and drawings, specifications, specifications, and general correspondence.
Communicate and interact with external clients and professionals
Preparing reports on a variety of highways and drainage designs.
