Astute's Nuclear team is partnering with a large UK defence client to recruit an experienced Civil Structural Engineer on a 12-month contract working on hybrid model with occasional travel to their Plymouth site.

The Civil Structural Engineer role comes with an hourly rate of up to £60.00. (DOE)

Key responsibilities/skills
Producing specs
Detailed design reports
Working within the team to provide a solution with our Outsource partners
Defining pumping and pipework
Nuclear experience beneficial
Experience with Control Cabinets, Connection Boxes and Cable Routing that would be very beneficial.
Engineering degree
Mechanical services (pumping / pipework)
Autodesk Vault / Navisworks (beneficial)

Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Package Manager role

Role is Hybrid with occasional travel to their Plymouth site
Position is Inside IR35 and offers a rate of up to £60p/h (DOE)
52-week contract Successful applicants will need to be SC clearable
