Performs administrative and technical work in conceptualizing, planning, managing and coordinating a variety of City capitalprojects; performs related work as required.

This position is responsible for administrative and technical work inconceptualizing, planning, managing, and coordinating a variety of City capital construction projects to ensure that projectgoals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, funding parameters and according to contractdocuments. Advice and assistance are provided to other City departments as required. The employee in this class reportsto the City Engineer and must exercise initiative and a high level of judgment and discretion. Work is reviewed throughconferences, observation, and results achieved
