Graduate Structural Engineer

Graduate Structural Engineer - Required for my client for their office based in Rutland. The Graduate Structural Engineer will be working for a Multi-disciplinary consultancy which operate within the Civil and Structural Engineering, and Expert Witness. This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join a fact growing company to work on a range of projects within a Multi-Disciplinary Environment.

The Ideal Graduate Structural Engineer will preferably have a 2.1 degree or higher within Structural Engineering discipline and be interested on working on a range of tasks not just focused on Design The successful Graduate Structural Engineer will be working on large Framework contracts as well as Structural reports, Surveys, Calculations and designs. The Company will assist in development and be given the opportunity of career development and chartership training.

Salary £23K - £33K DOE
Holiday 25 days plus BH increasing with service
Pension 7.5% employer contribution
37.5 hours per week

Flood damage surveys
Calculations, design and preparation of drawings for small design jobs
Provide technical advice to clients

Degree in Structural Engineering
UK Driving licence
Working knowledge of construction methods, materials and building regulations
Ability to perform Structural Design calculations
Experience in working to deadlines and within budgets
Problem solver
Keen to progress quickly and gin chartership with IstructE or ICE
Experience in working to deadlines and within budgets
Knowledge of legal requirements including CDM2015, Part wall, Listed buildings (beneficial)
Experience of consulting engineering, surveying, architectural & planning (beneficial)
