Geo-environmental to Senior Engineer - East Anglia
Join our clients thriving engineering firm with two offices located in East Anglia. With a strong reputation for providing top geotechnical and environmental engineering solutions in the region, they are expanding their team of dedicated professionals. They have secured prestigious projects, including significant contracts with Yorkshire and Anglian Water. From pumping stations to offshore wind farm powerlines, infrastructure, commercial and industrial, their diverse portfolio offers a wealth of engaging assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive soil and rock logging, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
Participate in site investigations, collecting and analysing geotechnical and environmental data.
Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions.
Conduct drainage testing and offer technical support for remediation projects.
Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in geotechnical or environmental engineering.
Proficient in soil and rock logging, demonstrating keen attention to detail.
Hold a full UK driving license and have the right to work in the country.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, ensuring efficient project delivery.
A flexible background in either geotechnical or environmental engineering will be considered.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
Relevant degree.
Salary is up for negotiation depending on experience and credentials.
