Modern Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy are looking to add an Associate Civil Engineer to their team in the Exeter office - working within an established Civils team you would be taking a senior role with aim to growth the company.
As an Associate Civil Engineer, your duties would include leading the civil operations and developing business for the office.
Duties:
Managing a talented and experienced civils teams ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
Developing business for the office
Maintaining existing relationships
Running team meetings
Work force planning
Taking responsibility for recruitment and growth
Projects:
You would be working on a range of sectors, including:
Commercial
Health
Residential
Conservation
Plus more - you would be working autonomously with support from the senior management team.
