Based in Ipswich, my client is a successful UK based Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering. We're seeking a talented Graduate Civil and Structural Engineer to join their busy team and have the opportunity to participate in residential, commercial, industrial, education, leisure, retail and health sector projects. As well as specialising in major development projects ranging from highways, bridges, Drainage Infrastructure.
To be considered for this Graduate Civil and Structural Engineering role, it is essential for candidate to have the following:
Qualifications of either Meng, BEng, or a relevant Structural Engineering degree
Minimum 1-2 years industry specific work experience
Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
Desire to work towards a chartership
Experience within steelwork reinforced concrete, timber and masonry
Knowledge of Autocad plus any modelling software is advantageous eg Revit or Tekkla
A full UK driving licenceDuties and responsibilities for this Graduate Structural Engineer include:
Working independently and as a part of a team to prepare technical documentations
Conduct design information, interpret data and solve any problems relating to company services
Contribution towards technical design and drawings through using Revit or Tekla design software
Conduct site visits and surveys by assessing project requirementsSalary and benefits:
